I originally contacted Pete based on a posting I read on an internet’s site “Seeking Project Work” category. I own a transportation company that was growing fast and found the paper & pencil system I was using was no longer efficient. I started Dignity Transportation with one van and an order of business cards. I experienced, as all small business do, that the process I used met my needs at the start-up stage, but became increasingly more cumbersome as we began to grow. I researched available fleet management software programs, but found nothing that would provide my vision of the perfect program. Considering the unique needs of the industry I decided to build our own system that would address all our needs as we transitioned into a much larger company.
I had many ideas and started working with a person who was referred to me by one of my suppliers. It didn’t take very long to realize that my vision of how we would integrate all aspects of my business, from the first call of a customer to delivery of the invoice, was too complex for her. Luckily, the first call I made after that realization was to Pete.

We’ve now been working together for almost two years. Not only was he able to create the program I envisioned, but he took on the task as if he was creating it for his own use.
